The Polonaise-Fantaisie Op. 61 of 1846 is Chopin's final large work for solo piano and represents his most ambitious undertaking.
The four Scherzi showcase Chopin's extraordinary originality and his music's kaleidoscopic variety of content. The melancholy barcarolle from the fourth Scherzo is among the most beautiful music Chopin wrote.
